Cotopaxi`s thoughts on God

If you ask someone what is meant by God,what was the response?

in point of fact ,most people have wildly different ideas on exactly what God means

My own view of God is the same as Albert Einstein`s, 

that is God is the sum total of all physical laws that govern the universe

The Christian view of God,is subtly different depending on the denomination.

personally i think that if a biblical God exists at all,

then he is both a minor league God and very fallible,

not to mention a dictatorial one with homicidal tendencies

The meaning of life.

i always thought that question was a bit of an ego trip,

Who says that life has to have a meaning?

if you ask a baby to answer that ,all you will get is a gurgle

if you want to live a life that has purpose and meaning,

the answer is inside you,Each one of us has a talent of some sort

The  trick is finding  something that will hold your interest for all of your life

For my own part  my life purpose is in the quest for knowledge.

which i pursue whilst sitting under a tree and sipping a tequila

with my good friend Helena.

My interest in space goes back to my childhood,watching the Apollo missions to the Moon on TV.Nowadays it seems so remote,the world has gone through lots of changes.

One idea that has always interested me is the idea of colonies in space itself or lunar colonies.
In any case remodelling our cities is not the answer,or at least only a partial one,we have to drastically reduce the world`s population down to just enough people to maintain a viable civilization

For my own part,i would love to think that before another 500 yrs has past,most of the world will have been allowed to revert to a wild state
One that it has not been in for more than a millennium.

Take Over

They had worked towards this point  for eons and now finally it was coming to fruition.

Almost a millennium ago, they had almost been wiped out by  their cousins,all but a few scattered groups had survived.Throughout the centuries since,they had slowly infiltrated and worked their way into positions of power.

They  had a gift  for invention that enabled them to invent technology that benefited society,unknown to the others some of their greatest and most famous people were actually not their people at all.

With the rise of the computer age and the internet,they finally had the very means to regain their former position as rightful heirs to the planet.

Troy looked over at Danica,as she sat at the computer,all the connections were up and everyone was waiting for him to start the  process.

He said 'begin the takeover." Danica`s fingers rapidly typed in the code words and  then pressed one last button.
